Caroline Macphie
Speaker, lyrical soloist and Artistic Director of Mission Opéra France
Her voice has charmed international stages, but it is her ability to integrate art and the business world that makes her unique. Caroline MacPhie harnesses the power of her experience as a lyrical artist to help companies find their voice, connect with their employees and clients, and create memorable experiences. An Englishwoman residing in France for ten years, Caroline MacPhie studied at the prestigious Royal Academy of Music. As a soprano, she has performed as a soloist on major stages such as the Royal Opera House in London and the Opéra National de Lyon. Caroline is one of the world's specialists in the repertoire of female composers. Her album “Love said to me…” is dedicated to them. She founded Mission Opéra, an association aimed at helping struggling students acquire essential skills for success in life. She has been working in companies for many years. Her workshop “Opera & Leadership: Unleash Your Collective Potential” is a reference in her field. As a coach, she supports business leaders, politicians, and journalists in public speaking, in both French and English.

Giving Voice to One's Work: Finding the Taste for Effort Through Opera
In this conference, Caroline MacPhie takes the best of opera to serve management. The harmful idea that successes are easy weakens minds and demobilizes commitments. Caroline brings a more glorious reality to the center of companies: individual and collective effort leads to performance. Through a compelling analysis of her area of expertise and the experiences she has had over 15 years on international stages, she addresses a theme that concerns us all: the meaning of effort. The conference fluidly alternates targeted teachings, live musical excerpts, and participatory moments. The goal is for everyone to leave with concrete commitments to inspire their own taste for effort as well as that of their teams. Through opera - a field of high performance - Caroline demonstrates how to nurture both individual and collective effort. It is a call to action to create more effective long-term results and an environment in which everyone thrives, regardless of their hierarchical level.
