Action-oriented woman, I started my professional career in the field of sports, moving from competition to a managerial role in several multinationals. With my head down, managing my professional career, a blended family life, and a social and contributive life, I realize that as a woman, it is complicated to fully realize oneself. Inspired, I set out to meet global leaders and the greatest experts from whom I find answers. I train in coaching, speaking, leadership, neuroscience, well-being, and vitality. In my conferences, I share keys that allow for changing models, habits, reconnecting with values, and elevating one's level of leadership, both personally and collectively. I also offer workshops on clarifying values, which are very successful. I am also the founder of the YIN Leaders™ method, a method adapted to the reality of today's women who want to exercise their leadership while being completely themselves.
