I have held leadership positions for over 20 years within large groups, most recently as General Director of Strategy, Communication, and Marketing, a member of the Executive Committee of ManpowerGroup. The topics of human resources transformation have been my focus throughout these years. My roles have led me to support Presidents and executives in their HR transformation strategy, retention, and recruitment, as well as in their communication. Writing is also part of my expertise; I have published several works. Since January 2020, I have established my consulting firm.

Employee engagement is an ecosystem. Acting on multiple levers.
One of the major challenges for companies remains the engagement of their employees. This challenge is further heightened today by the expectations of new generations and demographic pressure. Fostering this engagement requires activating multiple levers and thus creating an 'alignment ecosystem' with new expectations, while proposing a new conception of work and the company. Christian Boghos led these transformations while he was at the Executive Committee of ManpowerGroup France as General Director of Influence, Marketing, and Communication. He held these positions for the last 15 years after being the communication director of other large companies. Today, he supports leaders and companies in implementing HR transformation strategies to enhance the attractiveness and performance of organizations. His approach is intended to be holistic, first acting on adherence and then on engagement. Through his interventions, Christian Boghos does not, of course, provide ready-made solutions but rather a series of points for reflection, connecting them to enable each company to conceive its own strategy for attractiveness and retention. Christian Boghos has now created his own consulting firm, allowing him to offer a panoramic, impartial, and diverse view of these issues. He also acts as an expert on BFM Business around topics of recruitment, employer branding, and corporate culture.
