My signature conference "When Everything Burns, DARE to be Vulnerable" shakes my audience, who quickly understands that they must put themselves back at the center of their concerns. I draw on solid management experience in emergency situations during the 18 years spent in the prestigious elite unit of the Paris firefighters. As I cross the archway of the fire station for the last time in my career, I stop and turn around. I know I have lived an extraordinary experience, so I have made it my mission to continue serving "the other." The other is the executive, the leader, the manager. This person who must make decisions and whose position of responsibility is an increasingly heavy mental burden to bear. My story is punctuated by moments as magical as they are tragic. I have gone through terrible trials, finding the resources each time to come out stronger. Since 2019, hundreds of executives and managers have benefited from my expertise in leadership and management, both in conferences and training. Originally from Brittany, I do a lot of sports (skydiving, triathlon, trail...) and love to travel (the most beautiful being Thailand so far). I do improvisational theater and love humor. Laughing and making others laugh is part of my daily life. I am determined, invested, and committed to actions that make sense to me.
