The salesperson and the entrepreneur Graduated with a Master's in commerce and sales and a Specialized Master's from ESCP Business School, Frédéric Sourbié has spent over 20 years in sales and marketing roles in France and abroad. He has worked in the hospitality, retail, industry, and training sectors, which gives him a strong understanding of the business world. He co-chaired the Franco-American Chamber of Commerce in Midi-Pyrénées, which provided him the opportunity to engage with stakeholders at all hierarchical levels and connect various economic players. Throughout his career, he has recognized the pitfalls we can encounter in our communication within the company or outside the organization. Therefore, he has been passionate about oral communication in business for several years, highlighting the origins of communication problems and their consequences. According to him, oral communication is part of history, and it is time to restore its rightful place in communication strategies. We all have a message to convey: entrepreneurs, leaders, associations, engaged citizens, and individuals. Thus, he created "Qu’ose Toujours!", the first 100% oral communication agency in France.
