Seniors, so what!

To take stock of senior employment, decipher prejudices and stereotypes, thwart the traps of ageism, and revalue experience. This 'masterclass' conference raises awareness among participants and precisely presents the issues related to age in our organizations. It offers tools and principles of action to guide the company's 'senior' policy and support managers and HR. With this time for sharing and exchanges, Frédérique provides a reading of the difficulties faced by employees over 45 in the workplace, before demonstrating all the advantages of seniority and inviting everyone to revalue their uniqueness and professional project! The content of the conference is tailored to the audience: Leaders/HR/Managers or employees. It also discusses the benefits of intergenerational dialogue, while focusing on the challenges faced by experienced individuals.

Conference #2

Unique, together! X, Y, Z, let's step out of our boxes!

Between myths and realities... What if age diversity and the link between generations were the active principles of cohesion, engagement, and performance? What if multigenerational cooperation was the major ingredient of collective intelligence and well-being at work? 4 generations coexist in the workplace. Misunderstandings and tensions increase with the acceleration of technological innovations; generational barriers are challenges for managers and the company. Ageism is the first discrimination in the workplace, before all others, and it is a silent discrimination that affects both the youngest and the seniors. Recruiting and retaining senior employees is a challenge, recruiting and retaining young talents has become a gamble, and engaging all generations together is a challenge. At a time when transformations require all vital forces to be engaged, help your teams STEP OUT OF GENERATIONAL BOXES, give meaning back to action, and choose active inclusion! A unique experience to leave a mark! Its ingredients? Positive energy, humor, interactions with the audience, emotions, leadership experience, management tools, feedback on practices... In-person, webinar, interactive masterclass, live in studio, workshop Conference varies depending on the audience: all employees - managers - business leaders. Latest conferences: Axa, Nestlé, AREP, Société Générale, CCI Haute Vienne, Carsat RA... "Thank you very much for coming, Frédérique, for this superb conference that I recommend to everyone. We stepped out of our boxes, it made us think and at the same time made us laugh, across all generations! It shows that we can talk about very serious things while doing so in a good mood." Charles Leonardi, VP Sustainability, Nestlé France. "We thank you for your brilliant intervention at yesterday evening's conference. The feedback is very positive. The audience was very interested." On the Road to Impact! A Guide to Embodied CSR

I challenge you to gather from your collaborators, clients, and partners a clear, precise, concrete definition of CSR and positive impact... And the path to take to successfully transition your company! Yet, we all know that there is an urgent need to act in the face of the vital social and environmental challenges we face. We have all made the choice for a responsible and sustainable company. This conference is a pragmatic synthesis of my new guide "Becoming an Impact Company, Roadmap of an Embodied CSR," to be published by Eyrolles Editions at the end of 2023. I share my personal convictions and my experience as a leader in service of the common good and propose a journey into the land of social and environmental transition. A new world is opening up to us, and even though everyone is talking about it, we are just at the beginning. We will observe the "why act" (the needs of our planet, our collaborators, our clients...) and propose answers to the "how to act". I will invite you to choose this more human company, which reconciles economic performance and positive impact for people and the planet, which is a place of value creation and flourishing. I will give you the 4 major levers of sustainable growth (cooperation, sharing, regeneration, new modes of work). A conference to raise awareness, train, and support participants in their understanding of the major challenges of the transition, A conference to address a complex subject in a simple, pragmatic, concrete, and mobilizing way!

Empowering Action! The Question of Subsidiarity

Never has the relationship to work been so disrupted, never have traditional hierarchical organizations been so questioned... How to build and engage a strong collective? How to commit individually and collectively to the common good? For over 10 years, I have been supporting and studying the successes and challenges of learning organizations (or liberated ones). I have experienced, as a leader of non-profit organizations (Réseau Entreprendre, Ligue contre le cancer), numerous managerial innovations put to the service of social progress. I have drawn many lessons that I wish to share with you today. In this mind-blowing conference, I will talk to you about subsidiarity and empowerment, management and engagement. I will share the secrets of learning organizations, I will share the recipe for individual and collective engagement! The company of tomorrow will be intergenerational, or it will not be!

This inspiring and unconventional conference aims to break the stereotypes and biases of all participants regarding generations in the workplace. Let's break the boxes in which we are confined, crush the prejudices, and rediscover the wealth of intergenerational collaboration... to address the challenges of social and environmental transition! Yes, ageism is the primary discrimination in the workplace, before all others, and it is a silent discrimination that affects both the young and the seniors. Misunderstandings and intergenerational tensions increase with the acceleration of technological innovations and the urgency of environmental issues. Yet, we need all the vital forces to address these challenges! And the wealth lies in diversity! To build a truly inclusive and responsible world, we must start by deconstructing our beliefs. This is what I propose to you, with a lot of positive energy, humor, interactions with the audience, shared emotions, the experience of a leader and manager, and proposals for best practices that have proven their effectiveness... I put my positive activism at the service of your values and the commitment of your teams, for a more human, responsible, inclusive, and sustainable company. Conference #6

We are not born leaders... It is a door that opens from within!

Addicted to professional engagement for over 30 years, I have built and flourished through my experiences as a manager and leader... I have experienced exceptional successes and resounding failures, I have fallen and risen again, I have learned resilience, developed boldness and ambition... I have gradually allowed myself to be myself, I have developed a personal, powerful leadership, dedicated to the common good and positive impact. In this conference, I will share my story, recount the obstacles that stand in the way of authentic and committed leadership, and together we will embark on a journey to discover your personal leadership, regardless of your background or profession. Because no, leadership is not reserved for leaders; it is a tremendous lever that boosts engagement and well-being, allowing everyone to take their 'right place' in our world.
