Is Your Organization Observant?
At the interface between the environment in which we operate and our cognitive system, observation is the key function of our brain. An organization is often rightly considered a social brain; therefore, what means can it deploy to better observe the external world? This one-hour webinar will address this new challenge essential for learning organizations, which is the establishment of this observation function.
