Management? Passionately? Madly? Not at all? A beautiful reflection on the manager we are for better Harmonious Performance! At the heart of the collective and the general interest.

At its core, an impactful conference that will make us reflect on the origins of Management, our very personal vision of it. The positioning of the Manager within the performance movement in the company, namely, Customer Satisfaction, Employee Engagement, and finally results. In terms of form, I use the allegory of Golf (I come on stage with my golf bag) comparing management and golf as two passions that must be practiced with passion and precision for a beautiful result, with a very spectacular finish... The final message invites us to managerial excellence with my method "Manager PH(c)" the "Harmonious Performance" (living together, working together, and if done well.... succeeding together!)
