Julien started his career in the noble art of cabinetmaking. A few years later, driven by the need to see, learn, and exchange, he stepped into the world of commerce. It didn't take long for Julien to develop a taste for this profession and the human relationships it entails. He went through various sectors: from plastic materials transformation, printing, to real estate... always aiming to enhance his skills and responsibilities. From 2003 onwards, he managed to combine his two passions, interior design and commerce. He held various hierarchical or functional management positions, leading him to manage projects involving multiple generations, cultures, and languages. He gained rich experiences, filled with successes and failures, from which he has always sought to learn in order to thrive in his roles and functions within companies. In 2015, aligned with his values and his analysis of the economic world he knows is undergoing significant change, Julien decided to share and convey his vision to business leaders and managers. After obtaining a professional trainer's license, he created his own company. In just a few years, he has supported or assisted several hundred managers or leaders in their projects, from large national or international groups to small and medium-sized enterprises. Today, companies like Alstom, CHind, Fenwick, and many others in the industry trust him. An expert in communication and management, he then trained at the School of Professional Speakers with the aim of delivering and offering the best of his expertise. He now acts as a speaker, project facilitator, training coordinator, or trainer on various themes, working with managers or business leaders in different industrial or service sectors. He helps them define, implement, and achieve their objectives by focusing attention on the human aspect within the company through awareness and tailored responses.

Organizations, Change, and Employees
For over fifteen years, the majority of organizations have been undergoing significant changes. Whether in management, production, or service, these changes are necessary and respond to an accelerated movement in our economic and societal system. For many organizations, benchmarking is a tool for evolution, continuous improvement, and change, and they are right. They draw ideas, concepts, and systems from elsewhere that work, such as the Toyota Production System, with significant investments in Black Belt or Green Belt training, along with numerous principles of lean production or lean management.
