Karol Boudon-Legnaghi is a speaker, actress, comedian, and author. She is an expert in relational intelligence and a specialist in ego dynamics. With over 30 years on stage, KBL now puts theater at the service of relational intelligence. As a solo actress, she creates the show "Absolu Moi! A show in all modesty...", a comedy where she humorously dissects the mechanisms of the ego, letting go, self-esteem, and human flaws. In parallel to her stage work, Karol also works in companies where she uses improvisation and humor as powerful transformation tools.
