Kristof Morin
Artist-coach, speaker & facilitator
What connects us, how to turn our differences into complementarities, how to animate and engage a collective in the service of a project & the common good? It is to create connections, to live and work better together that I have been supporting women and men on these exciting topics for nearly 10 years, independently and through our joint offer The Power of & with Corinne Landais. Trained as an engineer, my professional experience of over 25 years is both rich and eclectic: responsible for over 10 years for service companies abroad and a theater company/venue, translator-interpreter, director, actor-clown, trainer, coach, speaker, videographer... I love to group this journey around three passions: team project management, the synergy of different cultures, and inspiration and flourishing through clown theater and voice...

Native American Wisdom in Business
In recent years, more and more companies and organizations are adopting principles derived from ancestral wisdom to give meaning back to their employees and their activities. In this conference, I propose to analyze the seven principles derived from Native American wisdom (principles that can also be found in other ancestral wisdom) and to explore their potential application in the business world: - Be aware of the illusion - Understand that the only limits to overcome are our own - The importance of attention and intention - Create the life and future we desire - Love without judgment - (Re)connect with the earth and nature - Avoid guilt An inspiring conference to reconnect us with simple principles that make sense. This conference is inspired by Native American wisdom that has been imparted to me through shamanism and energy workshops I have regularly attended since 2016. I have also been offering healing through song and drum since 2020. All this experience contrasts with my engineering training, my past as an international manager, and my experience as a coach and facilitator in businesses and communities for over 10 years.
All Different in the Face of Change
Conference co-hosted with Corinne Landais Today, we are all faced with uncertainty and change, but we experience it differently. This generates different emotions and needs. How can we better understand our behavioral preferences and why does everyone react differently? How can I adapt to better lead my team based on these differences? Objectives - To know the DISC © tool on behavioral preferences and its applications in a context of change or uncertainty - To learn to identify and share a need based on the principles of Nonviolent Communication - To enable participants to better understand themselves and exchange around these differences - To have a fun, interactive, and educational moment Content / Adjusted flow as needed: 1. 4 live skits: presenting our 4 managers/project leaders and their differences in a context of uncertainty and/or change (context adaptable to measure). 2. DISC© model: discovering the model and behavioral preferences. References on our reactions/needs in terms of communication + Quiz + exchanges among participants depending on timing 3. 2 skits of interactions between the protagonists: Better understand their reactions and needs 4. "How to ...": gather questions (face-to-face or klaxoon) and share answers, relying on our experiences in the company, our cross-skills (group facilitation, team coaching, certified trainers in the DISC model). This sequence can be animated in the form of a workshop lasting between 1 and 4 hours depending on the formats (conference or seminar) We created a first draft of this conference at the end of 2019 at the request of the RSI Pays de Loire to support its teams in the dissolution of this organization... (references on request) We then adapted and played it online during COVID: how our characters went through the period, and what keys to manage each profile in such a period of uncertainty and change... We have been playing this conference at all types of events and formats (references on request): from TEDx mode in 20-30 min to seminar mode over a full day... We are currently preparing a new evolution with the additional male/female input: why do groups with a shared vision tear apart as soon as stress and constraints revive differences in emotional and behavioral reactions? And how to remedy this...
The 4 Compasses to Creativate: Engaging & Animating a Collective Differently
Changes are becoming permanent and the business environment is increasingly complex: -> How to engage and animate a collective differently to energize projects and innovate? -> How to develop each person's Creatactivity to create solutions together and take action? Objectives of this interactive theatrical conference: - Share a model to better manage the daily paradoxes - Understand the necessity of moving from 'Yes but...' to 'Yes and...' - Integrate the power of & and '1+1 = 3' - Leave with a concrete model that guides me in my daily life - Have a fun, interactive, and educational moment Content / Flow adjustable as needed: 1. 'the paradoxes of collaborative management' in the form of sketches => Present the 'real life' of 2 managers/project leaders who share their daily lives, difficulties, questions, and desires to animate their teams. (gathering participants' reactions in public or with Klaxoon) 2. 'The 4 compasses of the manager' Present our model in a fun and interactive way to provide operational and pragmatic keys to engage and animate a collective with Creatactivity 3. 'how to do for ...': Gather questions (live or via Klaxoon) and share answers, relying on our experiences in business, our cross competencies (facilitation, training, coaching). This sequence can be animated in the form of a workshop lasting between 1 and 4 hours depending on the formats (conference or seminar) We have been presenting this conference with Corinne Landais since 2018 in all types of events and formats (references upon request): from the TEDx mode in 20-30 minutes to the seminar mode over a full day... We even performed it live and online (@live) during the COVID period in 2020-2021...
