Collective Agility
Performance and engagement of teams in a complex environment The concept of High Value Added Teams has been developed based on the observation of the action modes of Intervention Groups, Special Forces, and crisis negotiation teams. These specialized teams have implemented, for many years, the concept of polymorphism: an ability to adapt immediately with the available means, a reactivity to always stay one step ahead, and a group agility that allows adopting the best mode of organization depending on the phase of action. The conference Collective Agility draws inspiration from the speaker's experience and operational approach. It is aimed at anyone working in stimulating and demanding environments, regardless of their field or level of responsibility. OBJECTIVES Accept uncertainty and complexity to turn them into strategic advantages Dissociate strategy from tactics and ensure the link between the two Integrate the keys to team trust: preparation and training Develop management and organization suited to each phase of the action cycle.
Trust Under High Intensity
The 5 Levers of Trust In times of uncertainty and increasing complexity, and in the face of successive crises, trust has become an essential resource for achieving stable and sustainable performance. However, trust cannot be decreed: whether individual or collective, personal or professional, it is revealed, developed, and solidified through preparation, before being put to the test in action. OBJECTIVES 1 To be able to provide one's company/organization with a purpose 2 To demonstrate that trust cannot be decreed and must be worked on daily. 3 To address the concept of the Insecurity Quotient, revealing a person's or a team's appetite for uncertainty. 4 To concretize the notion of the Trust Circle 5 To give participants the keys to personal work Pedagogical Modalities Participants are immersed in real situations, drawn from the experience and practice of experts. Each lesson learned from this immersion is transposed into the participants' universe to enhance ownership and operational adaptation.
