The Silvers, the First Pool of Tomorrow's Entrepreneurs
There are more than 180,000 business creators over the age of 45 each year in France. Tomorrow, this number will explode under the combined pressure of the announced 'papyboom', the extension of careers, and the desire for independence and entrepreneurship that has seized the French for several years. After analyzing this new context that drives entrepreneurship, often as independents, a generation that remains young at the time of departure, the author will outline the contours of the opportunities represented by a phenomenon that will accelerate. - Original and proactive arrangements for the end of careers, - New service offerings to the general public that may potentially be involved in starting a business tomorrow, - New offerings from territories to an audience not specifically addressed - etc... The intervention is based on the meetings and content of the new media club Eustache.club dedicated to silver entrepreneurs co-founded by the author.
Succeeding in Your Territorial Coworking Space
Starting from the new context of territories (local authorities, development agencies,...) to propose, in 5 phases, the approach that allows the creation of a place, its animation, its governance, all in a sustainable and useful way for the territory. Based on the manifesto of agile project management methods, the proposed approach has already proven itself and will therefore be illuminated by numerous examples from territories with different contexts. It is also the author's contribution to the Permanent Guide for Economic Developers (agile territory chapter), published by Éditions Territoriales in 2018. In an interactive format, 5 phases are addressed, each a milestone towards a successful coworking space: - Understanding the new context of territories: actors, desires, freelancing, teleworking,... - Gaining the support of the first community carrying the project (meeting the targets, mapping in a participatory mode, the actors and their potential interactions,...) - Us! Bringing forth the community and its coworking space (co-creating the place, its layout, its organization, its services, its values, its communication...) - Organizing the life and animation of the place and the community of coworkers (association, separation of powers...) - Broadening the horizon by multiplying impacts and interactions with the territory. Also multiplying the projects made possible (second chance school, emergence of sectors, fablab...)
