External and internal corporate communication has been at the heart of my profession for 25 years, and organizing international events (North America, Europe, Asia) has been my activity for over 12 years. My clients appreciate that I am completely bi-cultural Franco-American, truly reliable, and that I can manage all aspects of a corporate event in a completely smooth manner. When I am involved in a project for a client, I take into account the stakes of their company and those of my main interlocutors. From the brief to the realization, I set up personalized management tools necessary for the success of the event. I have always loved doing puzzles and have logically evolved into a profession where I can imagine things just by listening to the client's requests. I feel how to best bring together team members to create synergy between their different skills and personalities. Having organized 40 events in 12 years, I know very well how to anticipate everything that can happen and be sure that everything will be ready on the right date. "I have no choice" is already a choice
Taking control of your life, not getting carried away by events, learning how to manage our attitudes in relation to challenges and hardships... We always have the choice of our reactions to everything that happens in our daily lives. So often, I hear "I don't have a choice" ... If you say "I don't have a choice" it means that you have already made a choice ... for example, "my boss is harassing me, I am unhappy every morning when I go to the office, but I have no choice, because I have to make a living to support my family "... When you say that, you made the choice to suffer to feed your family ... what else could you do to give yourself another choice? In most cases, "no choice" is linked to a fear of separation, of a break-up, in a couple, in a job ... What if we made our life choices with another filter than fear? If we used trust, compassion to ourselves? In this talk, through my personal experiences, I will try to demonstrate that we ALWAYS have the choice!
Facing Stress Naturally and Gently
Discover what the capacity of living consciously and being fully present means; what does it change in your life, whether personally or professionally? Introduction and explanation of breathing which is the basis for meditating. Presentation of mindfulness meditation, of active listening practices, of the strengths and benefits of rituals, of practicing benevolence, of a different way of eating, etc. And finally, initiation to the concept of facing your shadows, the parts of you you do not want to show, by accessing your flaws and your vulnerability, to really be yourself! Marie Regnault is a world traveler, communicator and explorer of the soul and natures. She has worked in communication and organized events and trips for companies for many years. She offers to add the notion of purpose to these actions by integrating the varied offer of her brand Architects of Sens - meditation, NVC, development of intuition, work in nature, collective intelligence ... She received a BA at Tufts University in 1986 and her HEC diploma in 1988. She co-created the Club SpiritualitéS at HEC Alumni in September 2018 to bring a new vision of the world to her school friends.
