Pierre Fasquelle

Author, professional coach, and facilitator of human and organizational transformations

Pierre Fasquelle, conférencier

I have been supporting organizations, leaders, managers, and teams in their transformations for over fifteen years. My background as a leader, consultant, agile coach, and professional coach has led me to work in very diverse contexts, ranging from organizational transformation to individual support for people in transition. As a specialist in human dynamics, collective intelligence, and change management, I am particularly interested in the mechanisms that allow individuals and organizations to evolve sustainably in a complex and uncertain environment. Author of several works dedicated to human development, soft skills, and agility, including "Towards an Agile Life" (Dunod / InterÉditions, 2026), I share during my conferences an approach at the intersection of human sciences, field experience, and professional support. I regularly speak at conferences, professional events, and Agile Tours in France on themes of change, agility, soft skills, collective intelligence, and life transitions. "True change is when everything has changed and no one has noticed."

Conference #1

Agile Leadership in a VUCA World: Performance and Well-being in the Workplace.

In a world characterized by Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity (VUCA), companies and their leaders face unprecedented challenges. Paths no longer follow a clear line, and professional benchmarks are rapidly dematerializing. This conference offers corporate executives and leaders an innovative approach to navigate this environment: Life Agility. Drawing on Pierre Fasquelle's expertise as an Agile & Lean Coach and his 35 years of management experience, we will explore how personal alignment and understanding of evolutionary cycles can become a powerful lever for organizational transformation. You will discover a five-step method to develop your adaptability, cultivate sustainable well-being, and turn every challenge into a springboard for growth. The goal is to enable you to become conscious actors of your existence, capable of inspiring resilient teams and flexible organizations, transforming uncertainty into fertile ground for growth. Summary: • Introduction: The VUCA Context and Its Challenges for Leadership ◦ Understanding the Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity of markets and organizations ◦ Why linear success models are no longer suited to the contemporary professional environment ◦ Burnout and misalignment: signals (individual and collective) that can no longer be ignored • Part 1: Life Agility, a Strategic Lever for the Company ◦ What is Life Agility? Conference #3

Soft Skills for Agile Roles

Today, all professionals agree that soft skills are more important than hard skills. These "soft skills" make a difference in management. This is even more true for agile roles: the manager to adopt the right posture, the Scrum Master to build and maintain team cohesion, the Product Owner to maintain a constructive relationship with stakeholders and teams. In their respective roles, it is important to be "resonant" to motivate teams and maintain a high level of quality. How to create and maintain team cohesion? What should be done in case of tensions? What behaviors to adopt in the various situations that an agile team encounters? How to manage emotions? This conference answers all these questions and many more in an interactive format... Conference #4

Transform your business into an agile organization!

Agile methods are not exclusively reserved for the IT field. More and more companies are undertaking a change management process towards team transformation, service reorganization, and an agile management style. 35% gains, quality, and enhancement of the client and user approach.

Conference #5

Emotional Intelligence, the First Pillar of Agility

Agility is primarily about human values, stated Alistair Cockburn, one of the signatories of the Agile Manifesto. Collective intelligence is part of the foundation. But without emotional intelligence, there can be no collective. We now know that our reasoning ability and, by extension, our communication skills, depend on our level of emotional intelligence.

Conference #6

Emotional Intelligence, Key to Professional and Personal Success

Emotional Intelligence Conference This conference is centered around the theme "The Journey of Emotions." In one hour, the author explains the importance of emotions that influence reasoning. He discusses the barriers, dangers, advantages, and keys to managing and expressing emotions. With explicit methods, he presents solutions to improve our communication and utilize the stages of peak emotional intelligence to enhance interactivity.

Conference #7

The Facilitator Manager

The role of the manager is evolving. Current managerial practices are no longer suited to the economic context (market volatility, demands, constant adaptation), nor to the expectations of employees, particularly the latest generations. Employees are seeking meaning in their work. Mature, they want factual recognition, autonomy, and are capable of self-organization. The manager becomes a facilitator. With relational skills, they implement methods that promote collective intelligence and team objectives defined by time loops. Responsible for the quality of life at work and thus the well-being of team members, they establish regular feedback with each member of their team and encourage good practices in a spirit of continuous evolution.

Conference #8

The Agile Manager

There is no organization or AGILE projects without collective intelligence. There is no collective intelligence without emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence allows for the development of interpersonal skills: awareness and management of emotions, self-motivation, and intrapersonal skills: empathy, relationships with others, and interactivity. This interactivity contributes to creating collective intelligence, the foundation for any project and organization in agile mode: autonomy, responsibility, trust. What are the keys, the soft skills to be a manager today? From taking up the position to daily management, this conference reveals all the secrets to success. Interactive, concrete, sometimes surprising and captivating, the methods presented are the result of experiences and research.
