Transforming obstacles into competitive advantages. What if your teams became high-performing when conditions are not favorable?
Speaker, author, I am a witness to a reality: performance does not arise from comfort. Having lost a leg at the age of 4, I understood early on that it is not the conditions that make the difference, but the way we transform them. A Paralympic medalist at the Sydney 2000 Games, multiple French champion, I have also taken on extreme challenges: • Crossing France by bike autonomously in 1999. • Climbing Mont Blanc twice in 2016 and 2019. • Covering 1200 km in less than 5 days (Born To Ride 2020). • Achieving a world first in 2021: guiding a visually impaired cyclist by voice in a mythical pass. • Carrying the Olympic flame in 2024. My expertise does not lie in my exploits but in what they have taught me: • How to stay engaged when everything becomes difficult. • How to perform without ideal conditions. • How to turn a constraint into a lever. Today, I work with companies to help teams face their own challenges: transformation, pressure, uncertainty, engagement. TOPICS • Transformation under constraint • Sustainable performance • Team engagement • Strength of the collective • Diversity as a lever for performance

Transforming the Obstacle into a Competitive Advantage
What if the problem wasn't the obstacle... but the way to look at it? In a world where companies must face uncertainty, pressure, and constant transformations, how can we maintain engagement, performance, and cohesion when conditions are not favorable? Through my journey, I share a concrete and applicable approach: • Transforming a constraint into an opportunity. • Maintaining a high level of engagement over time. • Developing a performance mindset without relying on motivation. • Relying on the collective to go further. An inspiring and pragmatic conference that encourages a shift from a passive mindset to an active posture. Your collaborators leave with: • A new way to approach difficulties. • Concrete keys to remain engaged over time. • A strong awareness of their capacity for action. • The desire to take action immediately.
