Formerly the founder of the communication agency Loco', and then Deputy General Manager of the event communication agency of the McCann group, Stéphane Yaïch has experienced for many years the impact of stress on his personal and professional life. Between 1999 and 2013, he supported the Engie groups (formerly Gaz de France), GRTgaz, Enedis, Grdf, and EDF on the themes of Health and Safety at Work: a multichannel communication system and a guide for preventing professional risks aimed at apprentices from the Gaz de France group, SST sector conventions, best practice challenges, and the creation of a Health and Safety at Work charter... In 2013, he left the communication world following a severe burnout and, after training as a corporate sophrologist and coach, he decided to fully dedicate himself to supporting well-being at work, particularly in the positive management of stress, by creating the Chasseur de stress cabinet. In 2017, he created a support system for the right to disconnect with a series of conferences and workshops dedicated to digital ecology. Between 2020 and 2022, he led more than 200 conferences and workshops in companies, helping employees and managers better navigate the hybrid work revolution and the stressful period of the health crisis. He is the co-author of the book "Pro in Stress Management" published by Vuibert and several e-learning programs: "Disconnecting without Cutting Everything Off", "Hunting Your Stress with Sophrology", "Improving Your Sleep with Sophrology", and "Teleworking Calmly and Effectively". His conferences alternate interactive sequences with the audience, theoretical contributions, exchanges among participants, playful activities, and experimentation with mindfulness techniques, sophrology, and/or yoga.

Lose Time to Gain It!

"I don't have 5 minutes to myself", "I don't have time"... The acceleration of communication flows and the intrusion of digital tools into our lives have increased this feeling of urgency, already generated by work stress. I find time to work, but rarely to take care of myself... The 21st century has thrown us into this crazy race against time, amplifying the time pressure that pushes us to do more and more. And the more we endure the pressure of time, the more stress amplifies this time pressure. We live and work with people who have different perceptions of time and who experience the same situations differently than we do. What if time were just a very personal perception? What if our relationship with time were just an illusion? This conference sheds light on the notion of time perception and provides the keys to: > learn to slow down, > better manage your time, > prioritize your actions, > let go of time pressure, > connect to the present moment. Interactivity with the audience relies on: > self-diagnostic phases > quizzes > sophrology and mindfulness exercises This conference can be preceded and followed by video capsules. It includes a bonus space with memo sheets of the proposed methods and audio and video files of the practiced exercises. DURATION: 1 hour - 1h30

Conference #6

THE NEW SUPERHEROES: MAKE STRESS YOUR ALLY!

And a superhero is only valuable if they have real superpowers, and especially if they know how to use them. We discuss the skills that everyone can develop, cultivate, and grow into true superpowers: soft skills! Among them, stress management becomes an essential skill to develop for a better work life. Topics covered: This conference alternates between 'not-so-fictional' stories of superheroes in the workplace, theoretical contributions, and exercises to reveal one's own superpowers: The power of breathing The power of letting go The power of the present moment The power of visualization The power of optimism The power of laughter The power of sleep... Methods and interactive tools: Exchanges with the audience via an interactive platform: quizzes, self-diagnostics... Audience participation on stage Exercises in sophrology, cardiac coherence, and mindfulness (depending on the format of the intervention) DURATION: 1h - 1h30 - 2h
