Leaders need to renew their intelligences to generate their own new resources, as the Covid-19 crisis has clearly demonstrated. Classic intelligences like rational intelligence are no longer sufficient; emotional, situational, relational, creative, and agile intelligence, as well as vision, decision-making, and action, are essential to develop for today's and tomorrow's leaders! Sylvaine Messica created and registered the model "7 Intelligences of the Leader," published in 2017 in Les Echos, and then in her first book "What if You Finally Lived the Life That Resembles You, Free Yourself Through Spontaneity." Sylvaine Messica, a speaker and spontaneous expert, is a former saleswoman who became a professional negotiator at the age of 19. Her taste for challenge and play leads her to practice improvisation matches in parallel. Her creativity and imagination allow her to innovate on the spot, to sign and resolve very complex negotiations, both behaviorally and strategically. She creates a school and an improvisation troupe while continuing her negotiations. She is a serial negotiator in life as well as in her business, which opens up many solutions. In 2002, she decided to apply improvisation to the development of negotiation, sales, and management skills, writing a thesis during her Master's program. This conference-show was born out of conviction, from my story and my desire to mix my approaches and expertise to create a unique experience, raising awareness of the importance of speaking up and being an authentic leader! The story of this hybrid creation: Sylvaine Messica is an expert-trainer and coach in leadership, assertiveness development, negotiation, and conflict management, and a pedagogical innovator since 2002, after a commercial and managerial career and a Master's in sales management, marketing, and negotiation. She is also spontaneous and strives to maintain her authenticity. A free and caring woman, mother of 3 children, entrepreneur, fighter, resilient and determined, she fights for a more humane and necessarily more equal world! She naturally empowers by providing keys to autonomy. An artist, songwriter, she wrote (2015) and recorded (2017) a pop anthem for women "the girls of Simone Veil."
