My personal and professional journey has allowed me to realize that the development of individual and collective performance, as well as flourishing and health, are all based on a good Quality of Presence (QdP). A concept that I have developed and share with you in my conferences or interventions 1️⃣ Over 15 years of experience in individual or collective support and potential development through roles as a Consultant-Trainer and Human Resources facilitator. 2️⃣ Tens of thousands of hours of attentive listening with a systemic approach to positively illuminate the fields of possibilities and paths of professional or personal life. 3️⃣ I am curious and passionate about humanity, interactions, communication, emotional intelligence, positive psychology, and above all, Eastern philosophy. 4️⃣ I love to explore, be by your side, and experiment with you.
