Anne-Sophie is the founder of Osanyn, a studio that supports innovation and transformation for individuals and organizations. Osanyn trains, advises, and supports its partners and clients in their innovation and transformation challenges by mobilizing the entrepreneurial and collaborative qualities of their teams. Courses, training sessions, collaborative and creative workshops, Design sprints, B2B conferences are just some of the formats that Osanyn offers to companies and higher education institutions in France and internationally. Anne-Sophie begins her career as a trainer while still a student in Russian and Chinese at the Langues Orientales (INALCO). She then trains sales staff to welcome Russian clients in luxury boutiques, focusing on communication and sales in an intercultural context. At the end of her studies, she embarks on an entrepreneurial journey that will take her across five continents. Her specialty is sharing and situating the entrepreneurial experience and the methods of innovation practiced by startups. After several years spent in Latin America as an editor of newsletters and thematic websites, where she co-founded FancyBox, a subscription service for beauty product boxes, Anne-Sophie has been back in France since 2015, where she supports and advises entrepreneurs on their global growth and change strategies. She participates in the internationalization of a portfolio of thriving startups and the digital transformation of more traditional companies. Naturally engaged, she also supports several initiatives related to social and solidarity economy and female entrepreneurship, such as StartHer, where she is responsible for Partnerships & Social Media. An alumna of SupDeLuxe (Cartier Chair), she is also a speaker on the topics of "Luxury Business in the Digital Age" and is the director of one of the MBA programs. She also teaches at IFG, ICAM, and Africa Design School.
