I travel to your company and offer you one of the following four options. - Conference (30min to 1h): Overcoming oneself, taking risks, stress management, courage, motivation, fear of failure, life journey, personal development. The conferences are always accompanied by an exchange with the audience. - Practical workshop - "Boëri Method" (1h15): Relaxation through breathing. Through a series of breathing exercises directly derived from my expertise as a high-level freediver, I guide participants towards an advanced state of relaxation. In addition to an experience that will be memorable, participants leave with powerful, simple, and quick tools to manage their stress on a daily basis. - Mixed service (1h30): 1h15 practical workshop and exchanges with participants in a 15min - 20min format. - Conference + Practical Workshop: 2 services over one day or two consecutive days.

Becoming the Actor of One's Own Existence
Through the story of my preparation for my last two world records in freediving, I invite the audience to discover how to accept and let go of the fear related to the inherent risks of every passionate endeavor. A speech describing one possible path to self-fulfillment. Stepping out of one's comfort zone, becoming enterprising (as an entrepreneur or employee), and becoming the actor of one's own existence. I describe precisely and through simple examples, the transfer of these concepts from my experience as a high-level athlete, adventurer, and entrepreneur, to the daily lives of the attendees. I always reserve time for interaction with the audience at the end of the presentation to answer their often numerous questions.
