Arthur Keller is a specialist in resilience strategies facing societal risks, the vulnerabilities of territories and organizations, as well as levers for collective transformation. An engineer and systems thinker by training, Arthur Keller acts as a speaker, trainer, and consultant in several prestigious schools including CentraleSupélec, and supports public agencies as an expert in their work on the overall security of territories. He was heard in 2021 by the National Assembly as part of a parliamentary commission on the resilience of France, teaching communities how to develop self-organization capacities to face with dignity the challenges related to climate change and the rapid erosion of biodiversity, prolonged disruptions of critical supply chains, the return of food insecurity in the risk landscape, failures of networks and infrastructures, and general insecurity.
