The Battle of Imaginaries
Narratives allow us to infuse imaginaries to successfully carry out collective projects. However, the current consumerist imaginary jeopardizes the habitability of the planet. Through the history of our narratives, such as the battle of the four major socio-economic currents of the 20th century, Benjamin shows us how easily we can make the American Dream outdated in favor of a Sustainable Dream.
Climate Change and Low Carbon Transition
After explaining the causes and effects of anthropogenic climate change, Benjamin introduces the concepts of carbon balance and carbon footprint. Using his own low carbon transition as a guiding thread, he presents the key steps to successfully decarbonize one's life, business, or community.
Expedition Zero: The Adventure Towards Sobriety
Drawing on his ecological awakenings since his expatriation to Silicon Valley and materializing his changes through sports adventures, Benjamin explains how we have everything to gain by adopting voluntary sobriety, whether for our well-being or the preservation of the planet.
