speaker-picture

After a career as an executive (Communication sector) in large corporations, Catherine Bonneville-Morawski became engaged in the issue of gender diversity in the workplace by creating the Club Comelles in 2010, a club she still leads today, which now brings together over 2500 professionals. Two years later, she decided to leave the corporate world to create Eragina.fr, a consulting firm focused on gender diversity and the career development of women. For over 10 years now, she has been supporting large corporations, mid-sized companies, and SMEs on these topics. Drawing on her rich experience, she is also the author of the book "100 Questions/Answers on Gender Diversity in the Workplace. Everything You Need to Know to Act", a true bible on gender diversity that gathers all the necessary information to understand the stakes and implement an effective strategy (Editions Ellipses). Recognized as an expert, she regularly speaks in the media, at conferences, and at round tables.

Understanding the Implicit Rules of the Company to Work Better Together

How could you envision defending your position and winning if you were playing a collective game without knowing the rules of the game? Frequently, men and especially women think they have all the information to choose and build their careers... And they are mistaken. What is said during recruitment or annual reviews is not necessarily the most important! This conference raises awareness and helps understand how gender representations and biases have formed, generating the postures and implicit rules of professional environments. It also presents the levers to take one's place while considering these unspoken yet crucial rules for building one's professional path. For over 10 years, I have dedicated all my energy to facilitating professional equality between women and men and supporting the development of women's careers. For over 10 years, I have fought not to add stereotypes to stereotypes: not all women are kind and modest. No, not all men are dominant and ambitious. My credo: rely on studies and figures to provide a fair analytical framework and then allow each individual the freedom to position themselves. Who else could do it in their place? Without judgments or injunctions, this conference illustrates my approach and is always appreciated. Gender Diversity and Women's Careers

With a professional background as an executive in large corporations, Catherine Bonneville-Morawski has gained a deep understanding of the company, its mechanisms, and the levers for improving individual and collective performance. Drawing on this high-level operational and management experience, she founded Eragina, a consulting firm focused on gender diversity. In this capacity, she regularly works with various companies, regardless of size or industry, addressing all functions and hierarchical levels: executive committee, management line, and employees. She has also created and leads two think tanks for professionals: the Club Comelles, a professional club for women in Communication and Marketing, and the Club ComellesRH, reserved for women in HR within companies. Together, these two communities gather nearly 3000 women. Catherine Bonneville-Morawski frequently speaks in the media and at major events on all topics related to gender diversity: - Becoming aware of one's stereotypes and unconscious biases to make rational decisions - Where do companies stand on gender diversity? What legal obligations and levers are there to progress? - Women’s network or mixed network? Why, how? - How to boost one's career as a woman or how to become an active participant in one's professional development - Developing visibility - Network or political game? - Why do we hear men described this way and women that way? - Break the bias! - Etc. The content of her interventions is always tailored to the set objectives and adapts to the size of the audience (small committee or conference format).
