speaker-picture

It is now known that malaise and occupational illness concern both leaders and staff. My conferences provide the opportunity to train business leaders and collaborators to clinically recognize what can affect or stimulate creativity and mental and physical health, both for individuals and for workgroups. My background attests to this: Trained philosopher Researcher and trainer at CIPS (lectures at the Faculty of Medicine in Paris) Certified in group psychotherapy and psychosomatics (health of the mind and body) Former instructor with the legionnaires and accredited by the French State, former French champion in combat Sambo, notably trained by the masters of Bruce Lee... Teacher in the United States, South America, Africa, and India (corners of the world where I have also learned and practiced various traditional medicines) Author on Cairn, a major academic platform in the field of human sciences (paper and digital publications). Learning the secrets of the mind and body is learning to foster the most sustainable riches, both financial and human. Don't wait any longer to bring a new, exciting, and necessary dimension to your company.

Conference #1

Wellness Practices: Effectiveness and Dangers

Unconventional approaches such as hypnosis, meditation, sophrology, acupuncture, yoga, and others have shown positive results for mental and physical health. However, a little-known threat remains: symptomatic variability. Imagine solving one problem only to create another (for example, curing headaches only to cause more severe stomach pains...). Few therapists are aware of this despite a recent clinical discovery from the International Center for Psychosomatics and its research at the Faculty of Medicine in Paris. As a certified practitioner from this center and experienced in most of these approaches learned abroad (India, USA, and others), I share these crucial teachings for anyone who truly wants to understand the principles of what works and avoid the pitfalls.

Conference #2

Personal Development and Workplace Health: Myths and Realities

Napoleon Hill, Robert Kiyosaki... the greatest names in personal development have been able to generate and inspire great business successes. Having a leader's mindset that takes charge of one's happiness, knowing one's true self, surrounding oneself well, visualizing, opting for positive thinking... a whole set of concepts that have borne fruit for many successful entrepreneurs. But at what cost? And for what sustainable success, what health, what healthy relationships? Many entrepreneurs end up sick both mentally and physically. Not everything is worth discarding, but let's sort through together to extract the essentials.

Conference #3

Burnout: How to Act?

It is a colossal challenge, both human and financial. Medications, coping strategies, and other therapies fail in the face of burnout. Contrary to what is often claimed, it is not just simple mental exhaustion with physical impacts. So what exactly is this burnout, the plague of the century? How can we escape its spiral? The International Center for Psychosomatics and the Faculty of Medicine in Paris, where I produce my lectures and research, offer fascinating discoveries. As a Capesian philosopher, psychosomatician, and group psychotherapist, I have even explored most traditional and conventional medicines in India, the USA, and elsewhere. So let’s not wait any longer, let’s demystify burnout together.
