Neurosensory Leadership = Performance and Well-being at Work
A conference/workshop where participants leave with real tools... In the current context, this terrain that sociologists call ‘VICA’ (Volatile, Unpredictable, Complex, and Ambiguous), values change, desires too, and the manager must know how to react with new ways of doing things, primarily by adopting new managerial postures. For what purpose? To gain agility in the face of the unexpected, to strengthen team spirit and individual motivation, to improve collective intelligence within the team, and to establish the notion of well-being at work, which is not limited to installations or ancillary services, but also, and above all, requires a real change in the manager/collaborator relationship. The conference revolves around a 4-step process - the SEE process - and 16 competencies - the competencies of the agile and charismatic leader. Content of the conference Option: so that participants leave with ‘tips and tricks’ immediately applicable in their daily lives, it is possible to send them a 2-page PDF on a self-assessment of the 16 competencies of the SEE process before the conference, which they can fill out based on a difficult situation from their managerial reality - conflict or other dysfunction. During the conference, they discover the characteristics of the 16 competencies and the SEE process, with a flow that includes: - explanations illustrated by metaphors or concrete cases - the emergence of concrete links between their reality and each competency - 4 fun and instructive exercises (one essential competency per axis) For each competency, I can interact with the participants who are most concerned in their daily lives. With a good balance of theory, anecdotes, and practical exercises, participants appreciate and leave enriched with a different perspective on their managerial posture. They can also reuse the self-diagnosis at will... Duration of the conference: 1h30 + 30 min questions - Stand-up format
