Philippe Moreau
Adventurous Athlete Entrepreneur Author
Philippe Moreau defines himself as 'Mr. Everybody', an average individual with extraordinary aspirations. Married, 61 years old, father of three children, business leader, author, 'extreme runner', he is also a consultant speaker on the connection between Sports and Business. Running at -40° at the North Pole and then in Antarctica, crossing Death Valley at +50°, or running 3,800 kilometers from Sydney to Perth in Australia (the second-best performance in the world for this distance), Philippe has gained valuable insights into accessing the 'impossible'. He demonstrates that everything is accessible to those willing to undertake, and that there are many bridges between extreme races and extreme business. The complexity of the two adventures, which are managing businesses and developing extreme sports projects, is for him merely fuel for surpassing oneself. His ambition is to share and convey everything that sports and business have brought him to highlight the interconnection between these two worlds and to demonstrate that man is an exceptional being who often remains unaware of it. His uniqueness lies in maximum identification by the audience, as Philippe is not a professional athlete, but a simple amateur who just has the particularity of wanting to regularly engage with the extreme, and successfully! (Moreover, he has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years in parallel) Philippe does not represent the unattainable dream of a superstar, nor the emotion that could emanate from any life handicap, but rather he highlights the possibility that everything is possible for those willing to undertake!

Ecosystem Economy Environment: The New Entrepreneurial Narrative
Throughout history, it has been entrepreneurs who have shaped the world. This conference is aimed at them: Ecosystem Economy Environment or the new entrepreneurial narrative. One of the two main axes of global economic development lies in the environment. Awareness has lasted long enough; it is high time to take action. In this new conference, stemming from my challenge Run for the Planet (42 Marathons in 42 Days for 42 impactful interviews with entrepreneurs who dared to rewrite a new narrative), I will show you examples of companies that have dared to completely change paradigms, companies that have transformed their business models to revolve around the environment, and THEY ARE THRIVING!
The Unreachable Within Reach
Description: Through the adventure of running across Australia (the second-best performance in the world for this distance), 3,793 km in 44 consecutive days, the presentation will show that all projects are achievable, that nothing will ever be stronger than our determination, our imagination, and our confidence. The presentation will highlight that despite the numerous barriers that litter the paths, despite the constraints, which are obviously many, despite the unspoken, fears, doubts, despite our temporary shortcomings, and our lack of knowledge at the moment, every project, even if deemed crazy or excessive, can and must lead to success! The business world is merely a succession of challenges to invent and then master to make a difference, GROW, and WIN! The themes that can be addressed include: . The obligation to step out of one’s comfort zone into the unknown, where there are few people and the ground is virgin and unoccupied! . The decision-making tool of motivation levers . The decision-making tool of the 3R . The decision-making tool of Stop and Go . The design of our close circles . The limiting factor par excellence 'Fear' . Today's collective intelligence: The world is moving and it is moving FAST!!! To keep up, we need CI! . Balance, a source of efficiency . Trust in the deployed strategy: For a project to work, there must be an essential parameter, just like for a successful mayonnaise = A common temperature.
