Sébastien Garcin has had numerous professional experiences. First in large advertising agencies and consulting firms for international clients. Then as a C Level at McDonald's and L'Oréal. In 2019, he founded YZR, a tech startup. Personally committed to fighting gender inequalities and sexual and sexist violence, he encourages men to actively participate in these struggles. He wrote a book "The Top of the Pyramid" in 2017 and has participated in numerous conferences and round tables on this subject. In 2024, he created Men at Work, a collective that develops tools and training to mobilize men as allies in companies.
