As a pioneer of relational communication in France, I have been supporting leaders, managers, and employees since 1995 in the art of creating connections, persuading, and speaking up. I developed my own method, D.I.R.E. — Development of Relational and Emotional Intelligence — registered with the INPI, which helps everyone sell themselves better, manage their relationships better, and assert themselves better, both in business and in life. My approach is concrete: I believe that everything can be worked on, and that learning happens 80% through practical experience, not theory. In conferences as well as in workshops, I make the audience experience things — the power of a smile, reading non-verbal language, the art of overcoming preconceived notions to open doors — so that everyone leaves with immediately applicable reflexes. With over sixty television appearances and extensive stage experience, I know how to capture an audience and transform a human subject into a lively and interactive moment.
