The Art of Assertiveness • Building Fit Teams
Speaking the truth, speaking giraffe (Neither doormat, hi hedgehog) How can we improve our relationships at work? What if the key to happiness at work lay in words? Deliverance comes through words. ◉ Do you find yourself blocked in certain situations? ◉ Do you offend people without intending to? ◉ Do you regret your behavior after a conflict? ◉ Do you have difficulty saying 'no'? Since the dawn of time, words have been at the heart of human relationships. Words are creative. They are a tool that forms the basis of our relationships. Yet, one must master them. How can we give words their transformative function? I am Vincent Le Bouder. I support leaders and their teams in optimizing their relational skills at work. For the past 10 years, I have trained in various communication approaches, including NonViolent Communication, assertiveness, and intercultural communication, to improve exchanges at work. ➜ Increase Confidence and Self-Esteem, ➜ Improve Collaboration, ➜ Encourage honest and respectful expression, ➜ Make more informed and balanced decisions, ➜ Strengthen Engagement and Motivation, ➜ Learn to manage tensions and conflicts without violence, ➜ Create a Positive Work Environment. We are often more skilled at telling others their four truths than at simply expressing the truth of what is happening within us. Role plays, situational exercises, and concrete examples from daily life, which follow one another in this conference/performance, allow each person to find themselves and see their own trapping habits (and most of the time unconscious) of subtle violence towards oneself and others. And this is the first step to getting out of it.
