Anais Gauthier
Explorer of life and creator of personal ecology
Anaïs, 36 years old, is an Explorer of life. With 20 years of entrepreneurship, including 8 years at the helm of her Parisian design studio, 2 burnouts, and a solo trip to Alaska motivated by the quest for meaning; she has embarked on a journey towards reconnection with oneself and nature. The intersection of her personal quests for care and meaning gave birth to the concept of personal ecology, linking our individual health/well-being with broader ecological issues. Anaïs brings together the individual & collective dimensions of ecology, factual data with intuitive perceptions, poetry with pragmatism, and invites questioning meaning to open up to a new perspective on our world. She is convinced that intimate and individual transformation is the essential first step to lead the collective transition towards a world where humanity reclaims its place in the living. Embodied in her message, Anaïs offers conference formats as well as poetic interventions aimed at helping the audience feel their deep connections with the biosphere. Drawing from her personal metamorphosis and relying on both her intuition and her practice as a designer of collaborative experiences, her interventions lead you to explore, question, and feel to inspire you.

What connections exist between our health and that of the planet?
How does taking care of ourselves limit our environmental impact? It is not always easy to navigate among the many solutions presented to us for polluting less, eating better, being in better shape... And yet everything is connected; we have simply forgotten it! To find our way, we just need to make the red thread that connects all these topics, usually addressed in a compartmentalized manner, reappear: nourishing ourselves, protecting ourselves, healing ourselves, inhabiting the planet... Anaïs Gauthier reveals the connections between our humanity and the planet to guide you to her reflection: "It is by taking care of ourselves that we will limit our impact on the planet and move towards a humanity that fits within the biosphere rather than against it." She has named "fringe spaces" these meeting places between the human organism and the planetary organism. Where the intimate stakes of the relationship with oneself and the global stakes of ecology converge: humanity's place in the living world, respect for the biosphere, connection to nature.
CARE & MEANING as a Compass: for Companies at the Service of Life
How can a company fit into the biosphere rather than go against it? How can we change our exploitative view of the planet and respect Life? What connections exist between the meaning of our lives on an individual scale and the collective transition? Anaïs Gauthier is convinced that intimate and individual transformation is the essential first step to lead the collective transition towards a world where humanity reclaims its "living" place in the biosphere. An intervention that offers a new perspective on how to do "business", inviting us to take care and meaning as our compass.

Wondering to Change the World?
In a society where contemplation, withdrawal, silence, and rest are devalued, and where marveling at the simple things in life is often seen as naivety; what purpose does wonder serve? What can this ability bring us? How does cultivating it invite us to BE more? How can relearning to wonder help us change the world?!
Degrowth & Entrepreneurship: Compatible?
Anaïs Gauthier invites you to break free from the pressures of revenue, the race against time, and the frenzy of activities to discover very concrete cases of companies in various sectors that have chosen to step away from the model of growth at all costs. These companies have changed their performance indicators and their model of success to truly serve life and human well-being. Anaïs Gauthier also draws on her personal transformation in her lifestyle and her way of 'doing' by starting with being, over her 18 years of entrepreneurship.
Traveling Solo as a Woman
*80% of women believe that it is more unsafe for a woman to travel alone than for a man. More than half of women who dream of traveling solo never dare to take the step of departure. The two main barriers are the fear of insecurity and the fear of loneliness, compounded by the judgment of those around them who do not view this positively and create a great sense of guilt. It is still commonly accepted that a "good" woman does not travel alone for her own pleasure... *these figures are from a study conducted by the author from November 2018 to January 2019 via an online survey and a series of interviews. Following her solo experience in Alaska in 2018, Anaïs Gauthier created the Women Solo Travelers community, which encourages women to dare to travel alone by organizing "testimonial" conferences and workshops. She is developing a mobile application project to provide women with the means to take charge of their personal safety. A project she will stop by personal choice. Anaïs is the author of the first SELF-COACHING NOTEBOOK dedicated to women who dream of solo travel but do not dare. Discover it here: https://www.vivre-essentiel.com/livre-carnet-voyage-solo-au-feminin She has also written several articles for the press about her experience, which can be found below: https://www.femininbio.com/spiritualite/actualites-et-nouveautes/les-bienfaits-de-voyager-seule-de-la-decouverte-de-soi-au-retour-a-lessentiel-58780 https://www.femininbio.com/spiritualite/actualites-et-nouveautes/voyager-seule-quand-on-est-une-femme-entre-stress-regard-des-autres-58747 Her talk is based on her lived experience and extends to deeper questions about our society, our beliefs, and our fears. Anaïs Gauthier invites us to identify our intimate fears, to accept our individual limits in order to take action and realize our dreams!
How to Transform Businesses Towards a Model in Harmony with Life?
Anaïs Gauthier is convinced that intimate and individual transformation is the essential first step to lead the collective transition towards a world where humanity reclaims its "living" place within life. She will guide you to make connections between individual transformation and the transformation of businesses/your business, to offer a new perspective on the transition of societies towards a model that aligns with the principles of life. How can we change our exploitative view of the planet and respect Life if we do not change the way we treat our own resources? How can we be respectful and kind towards what is outside of us if we are not first respectful and kind towards ourselves? "Connecting to the essential on an individual scale makes collective transition possible." An intervention that offers a new perspective on how to do "business", questioning notions such as: economy, business, growth, value,... to create "society" differently, in harmony with the principles of Life.
From Starting a Business to Living Fully
After 18 years of entrepreneurship and two burnouts, Anaïs Gauthier's quest for meaning leads her alone to Alaska.
