Young Generations: An Asset for Diversity
President of WoMen’Up, an association founded by Emmanuelle Duez in 2011, I have been committed for over 4 years to breaking down preconceived notions about young generations and issues of diversity by training and raising awareness among the egalitarian leaders of tomorrow. With this talk, built on the basis of our international studies, we will: - Decode the main aspirations of young generations in companies: how they become a powerful lever to advance diversity by resonating with women's expectations and the implementation of diversity policies. - Understand how digital transformation calls for the transformation of organizations, our ways of working, and leadership models: how the aspirations of young generations and gender issues intertwine to redefine new models for the company of tomorrow. - Reposition men within the subject of diversity: what place for men after #MeToo, what benefits can be gained from F/H Equality? How do young men position themselves regarding F/H Equality, what do they have to gain, and what path remains to be taken.
