BNB, Gross National Happiness, is it realistic for managing your business?
Why do you work or why did you create this business? Is it to make life easier or for more happiness? Do you really prioritize each person's happiness at every step, with an inter-systemic vision? What if you used BNB, Gross National Happiness, as meaningful indicators to guide you in staying on course? Moreover, this could foster team motivation, collective flow for optimal collaboration, creativity, and mutual support in the face of the unexpected, while respecting the 17 SDGs, Sustainable Development Goals, adopted at COP21 in September 2015 by 193 countries at the United Nations... How does BNB work? Is it really utopian? What are you personally doing to move towards more alignment and disruption? For a transformation of oneself, others, and the organization or system... Quite a journey.
Manager in the Flow
Is the world upside down? Is human and organizational wealth limited to revenue and company growth? With various crises—values, economic, political—the question becomes increasingly relevant. But what model of evolution should we pursue? Having also fallen into this crisis of meaning and the pressure of perfection and performance during her time as a sales engineer, Fanny Walter found her answer during her 5-year stay in India in the quest for flow, the flow attitude, which allows more room for intuition, the fluidity of life, and frugal innovation, doing with what we have and step by step, in the imperfection of the moment. It is towards this quest that she leads us, this subtle balance, and she wants to measure the journey accomplished with new indicators of human wealth. After experimenting and reflecting, Fanny Walter shares the results of her research on these indicators, her tools, and recipes. With this perspective, your leadership will take a new turn and foster opportunities and possibilities. Want to know more?
