The Art of Convincing
Better Communication You wish to initiate a reflection on your communication and behaviors in order to adapt your professional relationships and improve your team cohesion. You aim to move towards active and humanistic listening, centered on your interlocutors (clients, partners, patients, users according to your sector of activity). The conference-show "The Art of Convincing" provides the keys to communication. It raises awareness of the impact of our communication and behaviors on our relationships with clients and teams. It questions the meaning of our actions in order to trigger a positive dynamic of progress and change. It raises awareness of the reference frameworks of each protagonist to combat preconceived ideas and promote active listening. It serves as a trigger for spontaneous exchanges through the use of metaphors and analogies during the show. This interactive tool, tailored to your context and needs, is particularly appreciated by sales teams, as well as healthcare professionals. An example of our services is the Tedx conference "Let's Connect!" on the importance of eye contact in communication.
Objective Well-being
Can we be happy when everything changes? Accompany your CSR policy with a fun and educational awareness tool that delivers key concepts, allows them to be put into practice on a daily basis, and opens up avenues for action to reduce psychosocial risks. Because our well-being, motivation, efficiency, and performance depend on it. Well-being at work is both an important topic to discuss as a source of improving relationships and a sometimes "thorny" subject for business leaders to approach. This proven conference show is a unique proposal in its content and form. It allows for positive awareness of well-being with transferable contributions in both the professional and private spheres. A new approach to pay attention to employee well-being, providing elements of understanding, reflection, and immediately transposable actions. What is well-being? Why should we take ownership of it? Can we really talk about well-being at work? What promotes it? How to assess one's own well-being? What can I do to increase my well-being and that of others? Find the answers to all these questions in this conference show.
Road Safety "Let's Talk About It!"
Theater is a preferred tool for discussing risky behaviors on the road. Because it generates the emotion that leads to reflection. We created this original, interactive, educational, humorous, and positive tool in 2015 to act on individual behaviors and shared vigilance. This conference-show has been performed about forty times since. The message: "We all know what not to do. But we do it anyway." Why? And how to change our behaviors? The conference-show "Road Safety, Let's Talk About It!" addresses all topics of primary and active prevention. It encourages reflection on one's own responsibility and behaviors, to reduce accidents. It informs about safe behaviors, ... and the mechanisms that make us adopt them… or not. Real experiences, videos, quizzes, metaphors, situational setups...: the educational tools are varied to effectively raise the audience's awareness. Another way to raise awareness, offbeat and effective for sustainable awareness. Duration: 30 minutes for the short format to 1 hour 15 minutes for the large format. Testimonials: * Olivier Moussus - -Carsat Pays de la Loire Consulting Engineer - Project Manager - Support Group - Department of Occupational Risks, present at the conference-show given for Actemium Montoir (Vinci) in January 2019: "In less than an hour, Jean Luc Rivière takes on the challenge of addressing the themes of road safety and invites the audience to question their behaviors on the road. The information provided is relevant, the examples are striking, the situational setups are humorous but address fundamental questions about our behaviors on the road. It's a new way to approach the theme of road risk that inevitably generates questions and exchanges among participants." * Brice Chevrier - QSE Yara, president of the Steering Committee of Mase Atlantique for the presentation given at the Mase 2018 AGM: "According to the members of the steering committee gathered after the Mase general assembly on May 15, Jean-luc Rivière's performance was generally very well received. The strong point being the playful aspect of the intervention that makes it more impactful. The messages are thus easier to convey. In front of this audience of industrial safety professionals who are well aware of the subject of road safety, the humor of the conference-show did not prevent the delivery of particularly well-supported and worked content. This conference-show with a unifying theme is suitable for all audiences." * Hélène Laniesse - Regional Directorate West Atlantic PROBTP - 120 retired construction participants in 2017: "The conference-show was very well received. The feedback from the questionnaires of the 105 participants was more than positive, with a nearly unanimous very satisfactory mention. I also read: "Very informative and captivating", "Super well, thank you". * Road safety facilitators from department 44 during the first in 2016: "The conference-show addresses a wide audience, is accessible to all – everyone can relate. It adapts to the targeted audience. It is very interesting/relevant. It is dense as it addresses the various issues of road safety (alcohol, speed,...)."
