Laure Wagner
Founder of "1km à pied" & CorpCom @BlaBlaCar
First employee of BlaBlaCar in 2009, I have used my communication intuition to serve carpooling for 10 years alongside the founders. In 2020, I launched my startup "1km à Pied", a platform for managing Home-Work trips that allows you to create your Mobility Plan to comply with regulations and quickly implement concrete actions to promote alternatives to individual cars. I am told that I have a contagious energy and that I am pedagogical on stage, so I propose to share with you what I have learned at BlaBlaCar and other topics that I am passionate about: - History of BlaBlaCar - Bootstrapping your startup communication with €100 - Key success factors of BlaBlaCar - The pillars of trust in the collaborative economy - How to co-create and animate your company culture - Marketing nudges - Sustainable mobility: Challenges and best practices - Climate: Challenges and goals for 2030 - Animation "Climate Fresco" See you soon, Laure

Nudges in the Service of Ecological Transition
We poor humans are full of flaws: we procrastinate, we are not mental math whizzes, we make mistakes, we love to conform to the group... so much so that our decisions are not always the work of rational homo-economicus :-) There are little nudges to counter these "cognitive biases"; these are the famous Nudges made famous by Professors Cass Sunstein and Richard Thaler in their well-known book "Nudge". This book has inspired me to create many communication messages for BlaBlaCar, and I use them today in my new entrepreneurial adventure 1km à Pied to accelerate the transition to sustainable mobility. I enjoy sharing the proper use of nudges to facilitate the adoption of virtuous behaviors or to ease decision-making. This participatory conference allows: - Understanding the foundation of each nudge (Why) - Seeing concrete application examples (How) - Taking a few minutes to find an idea for one's own issues before moving on to the next nudge. (Participants have a sheet to fill out with their ideas). I ask them to think of a clear behavioral change objective before starting the conference. For whom? - Audience of managers in companies: >> Finding messages to convince their management or team. Help to steer the transition. - Audience of communicators: >> Finding messages for your awareness campaigns in the media or social networks. Optionally: Conclusion on the state of the climate and the fact that every project counts to stabilize warming in order to transform each participant into a game changer!
