Adapt to Urgency and the Unexpected!
An emergency, an unexpected event that may seem anecdotal to some, but not to the one who lacks the tools to manage it emotionally or who feels overwhelmed by the sensation of the last straw. How to prepare for it? How to support each other? How to live with the consequences? One Monday morning, a colleague did not return. In fact, he will not come back. A few hours before your vacation departure, on a Friday evening just before shutting down the office computer, your world and your plans collapse due to an unforeseen work issue. The bad news that comes from behind, Mayday, Mayday! When nothing goes right! Or before nothing is worth anything! Nathalie Lasselin recounts a professional experience: a month on the ice cap to complete a million-dollar mission. The expedition is jeopardized by weather conditions. Communication between clients and suppliers is at a standstill due to lack of communication. The opposition between the two parties freezes the situation, and it is unthinkable for Nathalie Lasselin to give up and abandon ship despite the urgency of the melting ice cap. In the comfort and safety of your seat, you will feel the state of emergency, the pressure, and the gravity of the situation, and the resolution for a harmonious ending. And you will draw applicable lessons for your daily life, at work, as well as in your personal life. So tell us, how do you demonstrate adaptability in case of emergency?
Love Your Fears and Overcome Your Limits
To explore the last known limits of our planet, to delve into the depths of the earth, one must surpass their limits. International speaker, explorer, renowned underwater filmmaker, and author Nathalie Lasselin dreamed of exploring the underground world since she was a child. As a little girl, she always had the recurring dream of being stuck in a basement window. But when the desire to go further is stronger than fear and doubt, we are driven to surpass our limits. Love your fears, tame your discomfort, and become an improved version of yourself. Through this conference (or training), Nathalie Lasselin exposes these fears we all have and transforms them into motivation for self-overcoming in adversity. Whether in an exploration activity, at work, with family, or in your personal life, life is full of obstacles, challenges, and solutions. This is the lot of each of us, no matter what we do. We travel into the depths of the Earth, deep into this dark, strange, and unknown world that leads us to introspection. In the mysterious galleries, we find ourselves face to face with ourselves; we could get lost, run out of air, and the fear of dying allows us to develop a multitude of tools to navigate the twists and turns. As with all her conferences (or training), Nathalie Lasselin takes you far from your daily reality and allows you to escape into fantastic environments to ultimately find yourself at the heart of your universality. With humor and humanity, Nathalie Lasselin will make you experience the greatest challenges of exploration. Both of the world and of the inner world. Love your fears and acknowledge them.
