Olivier Segura

Coach, Trainer and Speaker

speaker-picture

At school, we learn everything except consciousness. Olivier Segura has built his expertise at the crossroads of several professional lives: 11 years as a key account sales engineer in IT (France Telecom, Alcatel, Nortel), founder of a digital agency, and then a certified coach and speaker for executives. This diversity of backgrounds nourishes a unique approach, far from theoretical discourses on leadership. His 10 years of training at the Actor's Studio (Jack Waltzer) taught him to read and embody human emotions — a tool he now puts at the service of public speaking and posture in the workplace. His stays in the desert have provided an opportunity for inner work on consciousness and on what, within each person, hinders action: fear, ego, the need to be right. It is precisely these obstacles that he finds, in other forms, in the organizations he supports: A leadership that struggles to assert itself A turnover that is difficult to curb Recruitments that drag on A loss of meaning at work A waning motivation, latent tensions The fatigue of video calls and the isolation of some employees The repercussions of successive economic shocks A lack of connection between colleagues Speeches that do not leave a mark Egos that block cooperation Companies like Candia, Moët Hennessy, La Sorbonne, or Columbia turn to him for these issues: developing the leadership of their teams, structuring impactful public speaking, enhancing commercial performance, or supporting self-knowledge work. Conference #1

Practicing the Art of Prospecting

The Art of Prospecting: creating opportunities in a changing world In a professional environment where markets are rapidly evolving, knowing how to prospect is no longer a skill reserved for salespeople. Whether one is job hunting, transitioning careers, an entrepreneur, or a leader, the ability to create opportunities has become essential. This conference offers a modern, human, and pragmatic approach to prospecting. Far beyond traditional techniques, it invites participants to develop a true mindset of conquest based on vision, consistency, trust, and action. Participants discover how to define clear objectives, identify their target, build their expert image, and implement a coherent strategy to achieve sustainable results. Through concrete examples and directly applicable tools, the conference explores the four major territories of modern prospecting: networking, phone calls, email, and social media. It also presents methods for creating quality contacts, engaging in conversation, developing one's network, and transforming exchanges into professional or commercial opportunities. Participants leave with a structured method, concrete actions to implement immediately, and a new vision of prospecting: no longer as a constraint, but as the art of demand and value creation. A dynamic conference that inspires action, network development, and the opening of new professional horizons.

Conference #2

Fear, Ego, and Always Wanting to Be Right

Why do we repeat the same patterns? Why do certain fears paralyze us, while our need to be right creates tensions, conflicts, or blockages in our relationships? In this inspiring and interactive conference, Olivier explores three mechanisms that profoundly influence our behaviors: fear, ego, and the constant search for validation. Through concrete examples, reflection exercises, and simple tools to apply in daily life, participants discover how these mechanisms are constructed, how they shape their decisions, and how they can take back control of their lives. This intervention allows for a better understanding of the functioning of fear as a natural signal, identifying the stories we tell ourselves, distinguishing facts from interpretations, and breaking free from the automatism that limits our potential. It also addresses the role of the ego, the image we maintain of ourselves, and the consequences of an ego disconnected from our true identity. Beyond awareness, this conference offers a concrete approach to transforming fears into engines of action, developing more authentic relationships, and aligning choices with deep aspirations. An accessible, dynamic, and profoundly human conference, aimed at anyone wishing to gain confidence, improve their relationships, and move forward with greater serenity, clarity, and boldness in their personal or professional life.
