My credo: Restoring connections / The balance between power and kindness
Hello, Legal Manager in large French companies for 30 years, it was after a burnout that I transitioned to become a Professional Coach, Collective Intelligence Facilitator, and Speaker. My credo: the ecology of the relationship with oneself and others, where by returning to the present moment, we develop both self-esteem, kindness towards others, as well as self-assertion and just power. I speak at conferences to provide an unexplored perspective on mental health in the workplace: that of the inner imbalance between our feminine and masculine qualities and how restoring balance allows for team engagement and the building of robust, agile, creative companies capable of navigating the current poly-crises. Today, I coach leaders, managers, and entrepreneurs towards this "balanced" leadership. Leadership - Mental health - Just power - Kindness - Engagement - Robustness

From Head to Heart, Let's Reinvent the Living Company
Burnout of leaders and employees Disengagement of employees What if the problem of mental health in the workplace was related to an inner imbalance? An imbalance between our masculine strengths: courage, determination, action and our feminine strengths: awareness, self-esteem, empathy. The corporate world overvalues the masculine: the mental, the rational, the power. What if a proper balance between our masculine and feminine strengths was the new way forward? A path where the inspiring leader knows how to be both: sensitive and solid, human and demanding, thus providing psychological safety for the flourishing and engagement of teams? Public feedback November 2025: "Patricia has a superb speaking presence; it feels like she has been doing this her whole life." "It is clear that she masters her subject perfectly and tries to reach a professional audience. This topic needs to be taken out of personal development and brought into the workplace. It's quite difficult to do this, but she has succeeded in her challenge." "What I liked most was the presentation of the leader: power and kindness. It's a call to a world in the making. She presents things well. It makes you want to strive for this ideal because it is a necessity for each of us and for the ecosystem. It was very well presented, very pedagogical, with many gradual steps, gently and with a lot of humanity." "She managed to connect with the audience (...) We felt connected."
