speaker-picture

I am a qualified mindfulness meditation instructor and a certified professional development coach. I support individuals (employees, leaders, people in transition), companies, and entrepreneurs in better managing their stress, asserting themselves with kindness, and succeeding in their projects. I offer personalized individual sessions, MBSR stress management programs, workshops, and group training tailored to your needs in a supportive and stimulating environment. My coaching and meditation programs are based on the latest research in neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness. What is mindfulness? It is a way of being, not a technique. It simply involves focusing your attention on the present moment, without judgment. Numerous studies have demonstrated the benefits of mindfulness on both psychological and physiological health. My clients say that my programs have allowed them to: - Learn to take care of themselves - Learn to know themselves, trust themselves, and assert themselves - Better manage stress and emotions - Have a calmer mind, regain balance, and achieve overall well-being - Communicate better and collaborate with kindness - Thrive professionally and personally Before becoming a coach, I have an 18-year background in marketing management and innovation for startups and large companies in France and the United States. I mainly work from my offices in Champagne au Mont d'Or, Lyon, and via Skype.

Presence as a Tool for Collective Intelligence

As a manager or collaborator, being fully present is a tremendous opportunity to take better care of oneself, of others, to understand each other, and to contribute to collective intelligence. The quality of presence that we manage to maintain, for example during a conversation or a meeting with colleagues or clients, fosters trust and allows us to be more effective in our interactions.

Conference #2

Meditation as a Decision-Making Tool

Sheryl Sandberg, Facebook, Jeff Weiner, LinkedIn, Novak Djokovic, tennis. All three are inspiring and successful leaders. A common tool brings them to this level of success. This tool is meditation. Meditation allows them to listen more acutely, to be more connected with others, and to better grasp situations. This makes it a remarkable decision-making tool.

Conference #3

The Skills of Tomorrow's Leaders

It is clear that Jack Welch-style leadership no longer works. The division of labor and hierarchy often lead to a loss of meaning in organizations. A McKinsey study shows that 77% of leaders believe they are good at motivating and engaging their employees, while 82% of employees disagree. The leader of tomorrow will need to develop new skills. Skills of introspection, self-care, and caring for others.
