Time Management: Effectively Prioritizing to Gain Efficiency?
Caught up in the daily turmoil, today’s managers engage in a frantic race against time every day. The best academic training or solid professional experience are not always enough to catch up with it and provide leeway. The ambition of this conference is to propose a prioritization strategy accompanied by operational levers for better time management in order to gain efficiency. The ultimate goal is to be able to distinguish the urgent from the important because "if we cannot catch up on lost time, we can stop wasting time."
Resilience, holding firm in the storm!
Recent news filled with major upheavals is undermining the resilience of employees and companies. The ambition of this conference is to strengthen one's capacity for resilience to better manage oneself in difficult situations. To achieve this, we will turn to simple techniques used in the military and adapted for the occasion to the business world. Experienced in stressful situations on the ground and a trainer in potential optimization techniques (TOP®), the method discussed will help you better master these challenging contexts, assert yourself more, and boost your resilience! "To be and to last," the motto of paratroopers.
Crisis Management, Deciding in Uncertainty!
Recent news filled with major upheavals is shaking organizations and amplifying the challenges faced by employees. The ambition of this conference is to address a decision-making method inspired by the operational units of the army to meet the challenge of uncertainty. This will enable one to position themselves as a committed decision-maker, closely aligned with their team in the storm. "To make a decision, you must be an odd number, and three is already too many," Clemenceau.
Leadership, what savoir-être in daily life?
Recent news marked by significant upheavals shakes organizations and requires anyone in charge to adopt the right savoir-être daily in service of their team's cohesion. The ambition of this conference is to address a humanistic approach to savoir-être in order to boost the leadership of decision-makers. We will lay the foundations that will strengthen the manager's legitimacy with their collaborators (particularly those from Generation Z) and help them unite and bond their team. "There is no wealth but of man," Jean Bodin.
