Corinne Samama is a coach, author, and speaker. She leads the RESONANCE Coaching firm that she co-founded 20 years ago. She specializes in individual and collective support for executives and managers. She particularly helps organizations reinvent their management practices in an uncertain and continuously transforming world. Corinne Samama published a prescient book in 2013 titled "Managing in a World Without Visibility – 5 Challenges to Overcome" (ed. Pearson), applying the concept of "new normal" to the corporate world for the first time. Thanks to her initial background in personal communication consulting for executives, she places leadership and team mobilization issues at the heart of her actions. She also supports numerous companies in creating a culture that is engaging and inspiring for employees, especially as the "Future of Work" looms and there is a need to attract and retain young talent.
