Corinne Samama
Executive Coach - Speaker
Corinne Samama is an executive coach, author, and speaker. She leads the RESONANCE Coaching firm that she founded over 20 years ago. She specializes in individual and collective support for executives and managers. She particularly helps organizations reinvent their managerial practices in an uncertain and continuously transforming world. Corinne Samama published a prophetic book in 2013 titled "Managing in a World Without Visibility – 5 Challenges to Overcome" (ed. Pearson), applying the concept of "new normal" to the business world for the first time. In 2017, she published her second book: "The Employee Experience: Make Your Employees the Company's First Fans" (ed. Diateino), the first book on Employee Experience in France. Thanks to her initial background in personal communication consulting for executives, she places leadership and team mobilization issues at the heart of her actions. The uniqueness of her conferences is that they are always tailored to managers, always concrete and practical, stemming from her work with the executives she supports every day. Today, she advises numerous organizations to help make teams more resilient over time and managers more seasoned in our current world. She regularly collaborates with Les Echos and Capital magazine.

How to Engage Your Employees in Today's World?
New world, new relationship with work: what are the new levers to attract, motivate, and retain employees? In the face of unprecedented societal phenomena that far exceed the boundaries of management (reevaluation of the value of work, actual or silent resignations, difficulties in recruiting), managers are often helpless and out of resources. How to reconcile the collective with the growing individualization of employees' needs? How to recreate connection, meaning, and the desire to come to work, beyond each person at home, or even each person for themselves? This conference explores the new challenges for managers and offers new keys at both the collective and individual management levels. It is based on the concrete work that Corinne Samama has conducted in recent months with various organizations and their managers. Format: conventions, seminars, workshops & labs
Make Your Employees the First Fans of Your Company #experience
Companies have no choice anymore: they must offer a new work experience, or risk a fatal disengagement of their employees and a missed opportunity with younger generations. The Employee Experience is this unique combination of all the key moments an individual experiences with the organization from their entry to their departure from the company. What they experience daily (meaning, human relationships, physical and digital environment) becomes crucial for their motivation and performance. Through examples of companies that have placed Employee Experience at the heart of their business model (Airbnb, Google, Adidas, Danone, Michelin...), Corinne Samama will address the following questions: • What exactly do we mean by Employee Experience? • How is it a major competitive advantage for the company? • How to go about it? • What are the keys to success? Corinne Samama, a coach for leaders and managers, co-founded the RESONANCE Coaching firm, which helps companies adapt their managerial practices and corporate culture in a constantly changing world. She has published 'Managing in a World Without Visibility – 5 Challenges to Overcome' (Ed Pearson) and 'The Employee Experience: Make Your Employees the First Fans of the Company!' (Ed. Diateino).
Managing in Uncertainty
Today, the traditional levers of motivation are no longer effective in the workplace. We have entered an era characterized by uncertainty and constant change, referred to by some as the "new normal." Therefore, we need to revisit management practices to enable employees to navigate with greater serenity and agility in this changing world. What does this mean in concrete terms? What are managers experiencing today? What are the new managerial keys to highlight? What does it mean to have leadership today? How can we better support teams in incessant and often exhausting transformation projects? What should the organization promote to create an engaging culture for employees in the long term, and what should be developed within oneself? This conference aims to be as interactive as possible, designed as a true path of reflection for your managers both individually and collectively. It relies on numerous examples. Corinne Samama, executive and management coach, co-founded the RESONANCE Coaching firm, which helps companies adapt their management practices and corporate culture in a world of constant change. She has published "Managing in a World Without Visibility – 5 Challenges to Overcome" (Ed Pearson) and "The Employee Experience: Make Your Employees the Company's First Fans!" (Ed. Diateino).
