Management and Emotions. Neuroleadership and Emotional Intelligence
3 hours to acquire the basic skills of emotional intelligence aimed at managers. How to better identify one's emotions and those of others, understand their origins, and know how to evolve them for better regulation. Developing emotional intelligence strengthens relational intelligence, and when we know that the manager's job is 80% communication, we understand the necessity to inform ourselves on the subject! Videos, exercises, lively slides... "learning in a friendly atmosphere" is my credo! This conference has already been a great success in person with 80 managers from the Grand Narbonne metropolitan area and 50 department heads from Montpellier Métropole. It has also been conducted online with 350 coaches and most recently with 650 civil servants from the Ministry of Health. PS: And since the challenge for most managers today is to support organizational transformations, I recently added a chapter on "emotions in change management".
