In a World of Exponential Technological Evolution!

In a world of exponential technological evolution, to stay on the wave of innovation and in control of one's own "aircraft," one must become aware of one's "humanity." Awareness is key; the brain operates linearly while technology grows at an exponential rate. Being aware allows one to perform effectively and not be overwhelmed by daily events. The aviation world realized this several years ago and implemented easily adaptable processes. Methodology for taking a step back, communication among colleagues, and management of the basics. AVIATE - NAVIGATE - COMMUNICATE. There is the possibility to make this quite interactive with the real-time use of a simulator. We can include a practical application of their product in the keynote in a very intelligent and subtle way... THE AVIATE NAVIGATE COMMUNICATE can be demonstrated live with a live flight simulation, and with a volunteer from the audience.

Conference #2

Beyond the Cockpit

This "signature" conference covers six different interconnected themes. Draw parallels between your daily life and that of naval fighter pilots or airline pilots. Learn how to be catapulted from an aircraft carrier for an eight-hour mission, withstand the stress of an airshow in front of 110,000 people, or how to avoid tragic mistakes on a fourteen-hour flight. The goal? To share immediately usable methods and make you aware that you are your own captain.

Conference #3

From the Cockpit to the Company: The Debriefing

One is not born a fighter pilot; one becomes one. How can we turn a high school student into a fighter pilot in less than five years? How can this same student become a chief instructor before turning thirty? The secret: continuous learning and the culture of debriefing. Without debriefing, there would be no landings, no fighter pilots, and no air supremacy. An effective debriefing must follow a method: come discover the one that has proven itself in aviation and combat, and leave with simple tools to use, adapted to the business world.
