Sandrine Perrier a passé plus de 18 ans à diriger des marques et des équipes à l’international (L’Oréal, Zalando, Ancestry, S.Oliver). Diplômée de Paris-Dauphine, de l’ESSEC et certifiée en Innovation Strategy par l’INSEAD, elle a construit son expertise dans le marketing stratégique et la transformation digitale, en Europe comme en Asie. Mais derrière les résultats et les projets, Sandrine a toujours cherché autre chose : l’humain. Fille d’une mère marquée par les violences conjugales, elle a grandi avec la conviction que le silence est le plus lourd des fardeaux. Ses propres épreuves liées à la fertilité et aux stigmates féminins ont renforcé son engagement : aider les femmes à transformer leurs blessures en puissance. Aujourd’hui coach certifiée ICF et enseignante notamment à l’Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, à l’EFAP et à Sup de Pub, elle accompagne autant les dirigeants que les étudiants à oser leur voix, affirmer leur posture et donner du sens à leur stratégie. Yet behind business results and global projects, Sandrine always searched for something deeper: humanity. The daughter of a mother who endured domestic violence, she grew up with one conviction: silence is the heaviest burden. Her own struggles with fertility and feminine stigmas turned this conviction into a mission – to help women transform pain into power. Today, as an ICF-certified coach and lecturer at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, EFAP, and Sup de Pub, she supports both executives and students in finding their voice, claiming their leadership, and making strategy meaningful. As a mentor for incubators like Willa and HerFund, she believes every woman carries a unique light – and her role is to help unleash it, so it can shine and inspire change.
