Sandrine Perrier spent over 18 years leading brands and teams internationally (L’Oréal, Zalando, Ancestry, S.Oliver). A graduate of Paris-Dauphine, ESSEC, and certified in Innovation Strategy at INSEAD, she built strong expertise in strategic marketing and digital transformation, across Europe and Asia. Yet behind business results and global projects, Sandrine always searched for something deeper: humanity. The daughter of a mother who endured domestic violence, she grew up with one conviction: silence is the heaviest burden. Her own struggles with fertility and feminine stigmas turned this conviction into a mission – to help women transform pain into power. Today, as an ICF-certified coach and lecturer at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, EFAP, and Sup de Pub, she supports both executives and students in finding their voice, claiming their leadership, and making strategy meaningful. As a mentor for incubators like Willa and HerFund, she believes every woman carries a unique light – and her role is to help unleash it, so it can shine and inspire change.
