As a story facilitator, speaker, and slam poet, Violaine loves to bring stories to life through words, voice, and poetry. She works with organizations to create engagement through connecting narratives. She has been active for over 20 years in private, public, and non-profit organizations on topics of business, transformation, collective intelligence, and economic and social innovation. In parallel, as a slam poet for over 10 years, she performs her own texts on artistic stages (open mics, one-woman poetry shows, festivals…) and professional settings (conferences, conventions, seminars). She is a finalist for the 2022 RATP Poetry Prize and the author of a first poetry collection "Variations sur l’Amour" published by Les Bonnes Feuilles (formerly Poésie.io). Today, at the intersection of business, social issues, and the arts, she helps organizations unleash their imaginations, inspire and shift perspectives, deepen the meaning of their actions, and combine factual and emotional elements to create engagement around narratives that reflect and unite them.

What if a suspended moment could awaken the audacity to be oneself? "Follow the traces of your uniqueness, where identity, the quest for meaning, vulnerability, strength, difference, authenticity, choices... and above all audacity intertwine! Through four stories, this poetic conference invites us to question the contours of what makes us unique and allows us to fully find our place in the world.
