Ben Campagna is a Swiss speaker, trainer, and executive peak performance coach specializing in the prevention of chronic stress, change psychology, and sustainable holistic performance. Graduated in psychology, sports science, and nutrition from the University of Lausanne, he completed his expertise in the United States with specialized training in emotional intelligence, motivation, NLP, communication, life coaching, mental coaching, and neurobiology of addiction. Ben has developed proven methods to help individuals break free from destructive and addictive behavioral patterns and improve their mental, physical, and emotional health.
